Diann Love

Diann Love is the President/Co-Owner of RPM Reliable Property Management, Inc.  She is originally from Missouri, where she raised her children, before moving to Austin in 2003. Over her 15 year tenure at RPM, she has held many positions including, receptionist, maintenance coordinator, leasing agent, office manager and has overseen all aspects of the make ready process.  Diann obtained her real estate license in 2011. In January 2017, Diann and her husband Stephen purchased the company from long time owners, The Godbolds, that are now enjoying their retirement. Her positive attitude and calm demeanor is such an asset to the company, RPM’s tenants and owners.

Diann has grown children and 4 grandchildren which she enjoys spending her spare time with. When she is away from work and not with family, she enjoys traveling to new places, sewing and quilting.

Diann specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge of real estate investments and property management. She consistently exceeds the goals of her clients and investors.
