Michael exceeded our expectations. He was extremely patient and listened to our needs and wants, then worked with us to help narrow down the properties to view. Once we found “the house” Michael again showed his knowledge and patience guiding us through the offer, negotiations, and post-acceptance  phases of home buying. Michael was pro-active in keeping us informed, and really helped guide us from step to step. Importantly, he explained the whole process in advance and kept reminding us of what came next.
